JOSPER ASJ is a charcoal grill for cooking food on a spit. The technology improved by JOSPER is ideal not only for poultry, but also rabbit, lamb, pork. Due to the absence of barriers to the heat source, the meat is evenly fried and acquires an appetizing golden crust and a unique noble taste and aroma of products cooked on charcoal.
The skewers are removable, you can install only the amount that is necessary in the grill. Under the drum there is a heat shelf for 4 GN1/1 gastro capacities and a cabinet for maintaining the temperature of ready meals. The heat shelf under the frying area is ideal for cooking onions, potatoes and other vegetables.
